3. Student Responsibilities

Students must:

• Attend classes regularly and on time
• Complete assignments, DPPs, and tests on schedule
• Maintain discipline and respectful behavior
• Follow mentor instructions and academic guidelines
• Use study materials only for personal learning, not for sharing or distribution

Misconduct or violation may result in restricted access or removal from the program.

4. Fee Structure & Payments

• Course fees must be paid fully or as per the agreed instalment plan.
• Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless stated under a special offer or written policy.
• Late or missed instalments may lead to suspension of classes or platform access.
• Any discounts or scholarships cannot be transferred to another student.

5. Refund Policy

Unless explicitly stated, all payments made are non-refundable.
No refunds are applicable for:

• Change of mind or personal reasons
• Low attendance
• Missed classes
• Partial use of course

In exceptional cases, management may review refund requests, but approval is not guaranteed.

6. Attendance, Class Access & Platform Usage

• Minimum attendance may be required to qualify for exams/test series.
• Access to online classes, recordings, or materials may be restricted if rules are violated.
• Students must not share login credentials with others.
• Recorded videos cannot be downloaded, re-uploaded, or redistributed.

Unauthorized access or sharing may lead to strict action.

7. Use of Study Material

All content including notes, PDFs, videos, tests, diagrams, assignments, and app resources belong to Diksharth Education Pvt. Ltd.

Students are strictly prohibited from:

• Sharing study material publicly
• Reposting, selling, or reproducing content
• Uploading materials on any social media or third-party platforms

Legal action may be taken in case of intellectual property misuse.

8. Student Conduct Policy

Students must maintain respectful behaviour towards:

• Teachers
• Mentors
• Support staff
• Fellow students

The following actions may lead to suspension or termination:

• Disruptive or abusive behaviour
• Misuse of WhatsApp groups/platform
• Cheating during tests
• Harassment or inappropriate communication

9. Parent Communication

Parents will receive updates such as:

• Performance reports
• Attendance details
• Test scores
• Mentor feedback

Parents are expected to communicate politely and respectfully with the institute’s academic and administrative team.

10. Limitation of Liability

Diksharth Education Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for:

• Technical issues such as internet failure or device malfunction
• Exam results or college admissions
• Loss of access caused by rule violations or unpaid dues

Our role is to guide and support, as exam outcomes depend on individual effort.

11. Modifications to Terms

Continued use of the website or services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law of Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the validity, interpretation, breach, or termination thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
